Mr. Tony Ting ---  Founder of Arzen Consulting and now is working as the General Manager & Senior Consultant.

Tony has worked in the recruitment industry in China for over 12 years. He has a particularly strong background in human resources management, business development, and executive recruitment consulting. Tony's major clients have mostly consisted of large MNCs operating in industrial manufacturing, chemical and pharmaceuticals, professional service and telecom.

Tony is a Shanghai native, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Shanghai International Studies University and a Certificate in Japanese Language and Culture from the Keio University in Tokyo. Apart from his native Mandarin, Tony is fluent in English, Japanese, and local Shanghai dialect.
